I was charged incorrectly.

Email support@dondemand.vip with the date and amount of the charge and the last four digits of the card (never send a full card number). We review billing errors promptly.

How do I report harassment or safety concerns?

Use in-app reporting where offered, or email support@dondemand.vip with “Safety” in the subject line and include relevant details. We take safety reports seriously.
