Custodian of records

All records required to be kept by federal law for visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 18 U.S.C. § 2257A) are maintained by the custodian below.

Compliance statement

D on Demand is operated by Hudson Fleiss Media Inc. All performers and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct on this service were, at the time of production, 18 years of age or older. Proof of age and identity is obtained and maintained pursuant to applicable law and our internal policies.

Where content is supplied by users or third parties, we maintain procedures to obtain and preserve required age and identification records (or statutory alternatives) for covered depictions in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 where applicable.

This notice is provided for informational purposes and does not waive any defense or limit any rights under applicable law.

Age verification procedures

• Account registration: Users must confirm that they meet the age of majority in their jurisdiction before creating an account or accessing restricted areas of the platform.
• Geo-based requirements: In certain regions, additional age verification (for example, government-issued ID verification or payment-based age checks through our vendors) may be required before access is granted. Where ID images are collected for verification, they are processed in line with our security and privacy practices and are not retained as permanent gallery content.
• Creators and depicted persons: Persons who upload or are depicted in sexually explicit visual content may be required to complete identity and age verification and to provide information we use to satisfy our record-keeping obligations.
• Updates: Procedures may be revised as laws, technology, or platform features change; the effective practices at the time of a given depiction control for compliance purposes.

Record retention policy

• Required § 2257 / § 2257A records (and related custodian materials) are retained for at least five (5) years from the date of creation of the depiction or the date of last publication, distribution, or use of the associated depiction, whichever is later, and longer if required by law or lawful process.
• Records are stored using access controls appropriate to sensitive personal data. Access is limited to authorized personnel and, where required, regulators or law enforcement with valid legal authority.
• After the retention period expires, records are securely deleted or destroyed unless a legal hold, investigation, or court order requires continued retention.
